Both pizzas where shocking, the grease in the box was swimming and the pizza itself didn't look cooked properly.

Arrived quickly hot and tasty

The pizza was really nice and hot .the chips were lovely and hot .first time that we have ordered food. When it arrived lovely and hot. When we usually order a pizza in .its usually cold from other chip shops. Will definitely order again. Thanks

Ordered three meals online and it was delivered piping hot and so well cooked in only 17 minutes. Amazing!!

Pizzas were delicious & hot! My wife didn’t like the batter on the fish & thought the chips were a bit greasy/oily, she wouldn’t have it again but I thought my pizza was excellent!

From beginning to end the whole experience was excellently easy!!!! We can't get over how quickly it came or how hor it was whwn it did come!!!!! It won't be the last time we use the delivery service at Carlo's.

I prefer kebab meat cooked more, not so insipid, pitta hadn’t been cut open so had to reheat at home to allow easier cutting open. Salad was delicious but chips awful. Very disappointed.

Somewhere on their journey, the 2 pizzas we ordered had clearly been dropped, apparently from a great height. The toppings had come off the pizzas and were completely crushed against the top and sides of the boxes. They were barely edible. Given that there is a delivery charge and a service charge, it is annoying indeed that the food was delivered in such an appalling condition.
